Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the transition of NT Government clinics to community control. The role links HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, and governance to integrate clinics into Congress’ clinical governance framework. A detailed Project Plan and Monitoring Tool guide milestones.

The position demands high-level organisation, cross-cultural engagement, and robust written/analytical skills. Remote travel to remote communities is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management skills in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage with government and non-government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation phase of the transition of clinics to community control.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, Health Services and governance to integrate clinics into existing systems.
• Provide support to the Transition Manager and project team.
