Job summary

Embodied Corporate Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our WA manufacturing operation. You will lead a team of assemblers and CNC operators on a modern production floor, taking ownership of daily outcomes and safety culture.

You will drive Lean improvements, optimize workflows, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to plan priorities and schedules. A hands-on leader who motivates and develops people will thrive here.

Qualifications

Previous experience supervising or leading a manufacturing or production team.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a production team.
Take ownership of daily production activities and ensure on-time delivery to specification.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and workflow.
Implement Lean principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan production priorities with Projects and Operations.
Allocate labour, machinery and resources to meet targets.
Monitor performance and address issues to prevent delays.
Drive quality standards and perform root-cause analysis when needed.
Coach team members to build capability and performance.
Conduct toolbox meetings and uphold a strong safety culture.
