Hyphen Connect is seeking a Lead Product Designer to guide the design team and drive UX strategy for a consumer-facing Web3 dApp. You will shape user experiences across onboarding, engagement, and growth initiatives.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, conduct user research, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative design solutions in the creator economy. You will mentor designers and help build a scalable design system.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with a focus on UX/UI.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes.
• 3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
