Uniting in Heatherton is seeking a Lead Practitioner for the Family Services Restoring Families program. You will lead in-home support and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to safeguard children and support reunification where needed.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Welfare, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice and risk assessment to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or related discipline.
• Experience in evidence-based programs and fidelity to models.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple complex demands while delivering high-quality outcomes.
