Job summary

Level Plumbing Lithgow, part of Level Group Australia Pty Ltd., is seeking a Lead Estimator in Lithgow, NSW, to drive accurate and timely quotes for diverse projects. You will lead the estimating process, review drawings and scopes, and collaborate with management and project teams to ensure competitive submissions.

The role requires 3–5 years of plumbing or construction estimating, excellent detail orientation, and strong communication skills with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Has proven experience in plumbing or construction estimating.
• Brings a minimum of 3-5 years experience in plumbing or construction estimating.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Can manage multiple tenders simultaneously and stay organized.
• Australian work rights.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing or construction project management are highly regarded.
