Job summary

Fitness and Lifestyle Group seeks a Club Manager to recruit and lead a high-performing team of trainers within a Goodlife Health Clubs setting. You will develop staff through hands-on coaching, educate on management practices for personal trainers, and drive national fitness projects within your club.

With a strong track record in fitness leadership, you will manage budgets and collaborate across a regional management team, ensuring exceptional member experiences and club performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industry related experience or managing a personal training business.
• Accomplished personal trainer with a successful client base.
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of trainers who fit your team.
• Develop your team members in practical skills and knowledge.
• Educate team on business management practices for personal trainers.
• Implement and manage Goodlife's national fitness projects within your club.
• Manage budgeted targets and financial administration tasks.
• Collaborative management of your club within your surrounding management team.
