Liliana's Trattoria in Queensland is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead the Pasta section and work closely with the Head Pizza Chef to deliver an authentic Italian dining experience for our guests. You will be part of a dynamic kitchen team focused on quality and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, hands-on excellence, and a commitment to training and developing staff while supporting rostering and stock management in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently being part of the leadership of the kitchen on day-to-day operations
• Being a role model for standards and behaviours consistent with the values and culture
• Ensuring high-quality food is served, and exceptional customer service is always maintained
• Training, developing and cross-training all team members
• Managing rostering and shift changes
• Ordering stock from various suppliers
