Job summary

FindMeA Pty Ltd in Marsden, QLD, is seeking an experienced Parks & Garden Team Leader to manage a local government crew. The role focuses on mowing, landscaping and public space upkeep, with hands-on leadership and daily coordination responsibilities.

You will lead a team, oversee works, operate machinery and oversee safety and customer service. The position offers a temp-to-perm pathway, with a 6:30am–3:30pm schedule and every second Friday off.

Qualifications

• Strong mowing, landscaping and horticultural experience.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience.
• Experience operating machinery, power tools and equipment.
• ACDC licence.
• White Card.
• A current MR licence is preferred, but if you're willing to obtain one after starting, we'd still love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Leading, training and supporting a hardworking parks and gardens crew.
• Planning, coordinating and overseeing daily works.
• Mowing, landscaping and general grounds maintenance.
• Operating plant, machinery, power tools and hand tools.
• Disaster clean-ups, rubbish collection and making public areas safe.
• Actioning customer requests and delivering great customer service.
• Completing paperwork and basic computer tasks
