Job summary

Mackay Medical Hub Urgent Care Clinic (Powered by Bupa) is seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to provide clinical and operational leadership within our Urgent Care team in Mackay. You will lead the nursing team, coordinate patient flow and drive quality improvements in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires unrestricted AHPRA registration, leadership experience, and strong triage and clinical decision‑making skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team culture.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, or Acute Care.
• Strong triage, assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
