Job summary

Kal Tire Mining Tire Group Australia is seeking a permanent, full-time Supervisor for Ernest Henry Mine, QLD. You will lead and manage the onsite tyre service team, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services, and maintain excellent client relationships to meet contractual KPIs.

This role requires 5+ years in tyre maintenance or mining, a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing, HRWL/LF and a valid Driver's Licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tyre maintenance, tyre management or mining environments.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in mining, maintenance or heavy industry.
• Current HRWL/LF (Forklift) Licence and Driver's Licence.
• Strong understanding of tyre maintenance programs and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite tyre service team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and meet contractual KPIs.
• Oversee site performance, budgeting, reporting and service delivery per Contract Management Plan.
• Ensure all tyre maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Develop, coach and mentor team members and support training and career development plans.
• Attend customer meetings and provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kal Tire Journey to Zero initiatives.
