Eastern Health is recruiting an Associate Midwifery Manager for Angliss Hospital in Melbourne's east. The role leads clinical teams in the Postnatal ward, supporting the Midwifery Manager and ensuring patient-centred care across a busy maternity unit with 16 postnatal beds, 6 birthing rooms and an 8-cot NICU.

• Current Midwifery registration with AHPRA.
• Previous supervisory or CMS role experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
