Job summary

Hudson AU is seeking a Lead Microservices and AI Technical Architect to provide technical leadership across enterprise platforms, guiding AI-enabled engineering practices and the adoption of AI throughout the service delivery lifecycle.

The role will drive modernisation of microservices, containerisation and platform engineering standards while ensuring alignment with security, governance and business transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing cloud native, microservices architectures in enterprise settings.
• Expertise in AI-enabled delivery, including ML and responsible AI practices.
• Strong DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability and security-by-design capabilities.
• Proven leadership in modernising platforms and guiding architecture decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural authority for cloud native, microservices and AI platforms.
• Lead modern engineering practices including AI-enabled SDLC, CI/CD and testing.
• Drive platform adoption, containerisation and system integration improvements.
• Build capability through governance and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
