Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional mechanical engineering setting.
• Demonstrated experience leading the successful delivery of complex engineering programs, subsystems, or major hardware developments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong engineering judgement and systems thinking.
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance is desirable.
