W3Global is seeking a qualified automotive mechanic for a busy Sunshine Coast workshop. You will work on general servicing, diagnostics, and a variety of tasks including 4WD upgrades and performance work. The role requires independence, strong diagnostic ability, and pride in quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team, with a full-time position and a competitive hourly rate based on experience, in a workshop building a strong Sunshine Coast reputation.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanic with current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair a range of vehicles.
• Perform 4WD upgrades, suspension, brakes, and performance work.
• Guide apprentices and uphold high standards of workmanship.

Job description

We are chasing someone who knows their way around modern vehicles, can work efficiently, diagnose faults properly, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

This role would suit a qualified mechanic who is confident working independently, has strong diagnostic ability, and can help set the standard for the rest of the workshop.

About the Role

You'll be working on a wide range of vehicles, including general servicing, repairs, diagnostics, suspension, brakes, clutches, 4WD upgrades, and performance-related work.

This is not a basic "oil change only" role. We need someone capable, switched on, and reliable.
