You will manage defects and customer satisfaction throughout the job process, reporting progress to operations. The ideal candidate has experience supervising commercial and residential building sites, coordinating trades, liaising with site contacts, and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on commercial/residential building sites.
• Ability to coordinate projects and trades effectively.
• Experience liaising with site contacts on job progress.
• Strong focus on resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage defects and repairs to high-quality standards.
• Provide site inspection, repairs and maintenance, sign off and timely reporting.
• Ensure WH&S guidelines and deadlines are followed by operations.
