Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workshop Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor in mining.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership and supervision for all team members.
• Monitor and undertake general repairs and servicing to equipment.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
