All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services in Brisbane seeks an EL1 Lead Investigator for a temporary role of about 12 months. The position leads a team to deliver DVAs investigation objectives and reports, with travel as needed.

You will develop investigative capabilities, manage complex cases, and work with partner agencies to enhance the department's payment integrity and fraud capabilities.

Competenze

• Ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting One clearance and police check.
• Experience contributing to high-volume, complex investigations.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Australian citizenship is a condition of eligibility.

• Lead a team delivering DVA investigations with cross-agency partnership.
• Case manage and quality assure complex investigations and briefs of evidence.
• Develop capability reflecting effective investigative strategies and tools.
• Promote awareness of the department's payment integrity framework.
• Review and report on investigations with monitoring of corrective actions.
• Provide analysis of findings relating to maturity of payment integrity and fraud capability.
• Develop and implement department initiatives to enhance investigations.
• Maintain high-level relationships with partner agencies including DPP and other bodies.
• Assist with out-of-office investigations requiring travel.
