Qualifications
- 10+ years IAM experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven Lead Architect delivering IGA solutions.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID Governance and hybrid identity.
- Experience translating SailPoint workflows to Microsoft solutions.
- Strong JML and HR-driven provisioning experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead assessment of SailPoint environment and migration roadmap.
- Define target-state architecture for Entra ID Governance.
- Document Workday-driven JML and identity lifecycle workflows.
- Design cloud identity integrations (GCP, AWS, SaaS apps).
- Define provisioning patterns (SCIM, custom) and security controls.
- Present design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
