Job summary

You will ensure safety, accurate records, and regulatory compliance while promoting a collaborative, high‑performance workshop culture. This hands-on leadership role requires strong diagnostic skills and experience with heavy vehicles, plus the ability to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as a HD Mechanic or related trade.
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures including electronic diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• HR license and forklift ticket ideal, but not essential.
