FrontLine Australia is seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our grounds maintenance division. You’ll oversee mowing, gardening and outdoor maintenance across residential, commercial and body corporate sites, while guiding a small team and upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll work with autonomy to keep tools and areas clean and compliant, leading by example with professional conduct. Immediate startup with ongoing induction and development opportunities.

Responsabilités
