Partner Company in Australia is seeking a Lead Engineer – Front End Platform & Design System to shape the technical direction of a large-scale front-end engineering platform. You will establish shared tools, design systems, and standards across engineering, product, design, and infrastructure.

Drive modernization of the front-end stack, improve workflows, and strengthen performance, accessibility, and security while mentoring engineers in a distributed environment.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in front-end engineering with deep technical expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and related ecosystems.
• Design, develop, or lead large-scale shared platforms, design systems, or DX initiatives.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and modern delivery practices.
• Able to design secure, scalable, maintainable, high-performing systems, incl. distributed architectures.
• Influence technical strategy and roadmaps across teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster professional growth.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
