Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Fixed Plant to lead maintenance across our South East Queensland operations from Brisbane. This autonomous, Brisbane-based role will see you manage contractors, coordinate shutdowns and partner with operational leaders to improve reliability, safety and asset performance across multiple sites.

Ideally you will live South Brisbane but have daily flexibility to travel to any of our South East Queensland locations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualification is required; Maintenance Fitter preferred, Boilermaker or similar considered.
• Experience supervising maintenance activities across multiple sites.
• Strong contractor management and shutdown planning experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant breakdown response across sites and manage maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise fixed plant maintenance across multiple sites.
• Manage contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Lead shutdown planning and execution to minimise disruption.
• Partner with Area Managers and site teams to prioritise maintenance needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, maintenance performance and cost outcomes.
