Bradken in Innisfail, Queensland, is seeking a Fitter & Turner Leading Hand to lead CNC machine setup and first-off verification for the Australian sugar industry. You will mentor apprentices and tradespeople while focusing on safety, quality and productivity.

You will collaborate with workshop teams to improve workflow, plan production, and drive efficient operations on a permanent full-time basis. A strong safety culture and commitment to quality are essential.

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or workshop setting.
• Ability to set up, program and verify first-off components with precision.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality outputs.
