You will manage cattle, sheep, and crops, coordinate budgeting, and lead a small team with autonomy from owners. The role emphasizes sustainable farming, property upkeep, and modern technology integration.

The successful candidate will drive operational improvements, liaise with agronomists and vets, and ensure top-tier farm infrastructure and animal health programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in farm management or senior agricultural role across livestock and cropping.
• Strong knowledge of sheep and cattle husbandry, pasture and crop production.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations across livestock, crops, and pasture.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and liaison with vets, agronomists, and suppliers.
• Manage a small team and ensure high standards of farm maintenance.
• Ensure property presentation and implementation of sustainable practices.
• Schedule breeding, veterinary work, and equipment servicing as needed.
