Duxton Vineyards in Buronga (Sunraysia region) seeks an Electrician to lead the electrical team, design and install systems, and drive maintenance across the site. You will manage engineers and contractors, oversee the preventative maintenance program, and ensure rapid repairs during peak production, including overtime and after-hours callouts.

The role requires a Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence, NSW Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate, and experience with automation/PLCs, with strong

• Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence required.
• NSW Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate required.
• Experience with automation and PLCs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and after-hours callouts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an effective electrical preventative maintenance program, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Diagnose faults and perform rapid repairs to minimise downtime.
• Design, install, test and commission electrical systems, circuits and equipment.
• Lead electrical employees and contractors, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure all electrical staff are trained in line with work instructions for their tasks.
• Coordinate purchase orders and electrical resources to support rapid repairs during peak production.
