Job summary

JSG Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking qualified Electricians, Leading Hands and Supervising Electricians to relocate to New South Wales, Australia. This hands-on role offers clear paths into leadership positions while delivering commercial and industrial projects across NSW.

You will read plans, manage on-site activities, mentor apprentices and maintain safety, quality and documentation. A company vehicle and relocation support are provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with a current electrical licence (or eligible to obtain one).
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Reliable, professional and motivated attitude.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Ambition to grow into a leading hand or supervisory role welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and industrial electrical installations.
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
• Installation of cable containment, power, lighting and communications systems.
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities and workflow.
• Supervising and mentoring electricians and apprentices (where applicable).
• Providing hands-on electrical work alongside the team.
• Managing site documentation and quality records.
• Monitoring project progress and assisting with project delivery.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
• Ensuring WHS requirements and safe work practices are followed.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, clients and other trades.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues.
