Stowe Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its construction team in Coffs Harbour, NSW, delivering electrical and communications projects across the region.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will own delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on‑time progress, and quality while leading site teams and subcontractors.

This hands‑on role offers growth within a high‑performing team and exposure to complex, high‑profile projects.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence and/or Trade Qualified Electrician (essential).
• Qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Proven experience delivering commercial electrical or fit‑out projects.
• Strong financial, contractual, and production control skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational abilities.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of electrical and communications construction projects.
• Establish and manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Plan, coordinate and resource work to meet programme and contractual requirements.
• Lead site teams, including forepersons, leading hands, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Negotiate, assess and finalise variations and progress claims.
• Maintain strong client, consultant and supplier relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with Stowe and client HSEQ systems, plans and procedures.
• Oversee quality management plans, ITPs, inspections and commissioning.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor engagement and supplier performance.
• Monitor and manage risk, safety and performance outcomes across projects.
