Job summary

Nido Early School in Melbourne is seeking a Lead Educator to drive curriculum development in collaboration with educators, children and families. You will lead planning cycles, document learning progress, and model strong compliance practices within a supportive team.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Educator (or current study), knowledge of EYLF/NQS, and leadership experience, along with WWCC and First Aid.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Educator or working-towards.
• Deep knowledge of EYLF and NQS and inquiry-based learning.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Current WWCC and First Aid, willingness to obtain the National Child Safety Training via Geccko if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the curriculum in collaboration with educators, children and families.
• Lead and facilitate the cycle of planning and documentations of learning.
• Actively engage with and role model current compliance practices.
