Qualifications

• Completed doctorate in Education or closely related field.
• Demonstrated record of teaching and course coordination in higher education, particularly primary teacher education.
• Evidence of knowledge of national policy and regulatory requirements in initial teacher education.
• Research profile with potential to secure grants.
• Engagement with external community, research, or professional bodies to advance knowledge/practice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to course coordination and oversee design and development of new units/courses.
• Undertake unit/course coordination and contribute to curriculum innovation and postgraduate education courses.
• Engage in world-class research and support strategic initiatives of the University and School.
