Story House Early Learning in Caringbah is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to help shape a brand-new 118-place service across birth to 3 years. You will lead from day one, contribute to the service culture, and collaborate with a growing team to bring learning to life from the start.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, inclusion, and strong partnerships with families while offering comprehensive early childhood benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma-qualified in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience leading teams in a childcare setting.
• Ability to participate in video-based interview and assessment day.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the service with a collaborative team.
• Support learning through the Strong Beginnings curriculum and hands-on activities.

Our new Caringbah service has opened and we’re looking for Diploma-qualified Lead Educators to join us from the very beginning.

We have opportunities across age groups birth to 3 years. This is your chance to walk into a brand-new, purpose-built 118-place service and help shape how it feels, how it runs and how learning comes to life from day one.
