Job summary

Explorers Early Learning in Werribee is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a room with confidence within our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum. You will lead with excellence, creating warm environments and supporting your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences where children feel safe, supported, and curious.

You will build strong connections with children, families, and colleagues, acting as a trusted leader in their early learning journey and shaping each child’s growth,

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved qualification required.
• Passion for working with Children under 3 years old.
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Working with Children Check, Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training completion.
