• Develop, implement, and evaluate inclusive and age-appropriate educational programs.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Provide leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare.
• Build connections with children, families and the community.
• Keep developmental records and communicate progress to families.
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and childcare regulations.
