Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology within the Customer Technology team. You will lead discovery across complex digital initiatives, guide other BAs, and translate customer and business needs into digital solutions for engineering teams.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering and Design to shape customer-facing websites, tools, calculators and search experiences. Senior practitioners who bring structure to ambiguity will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst across complex digital programs.
• Proven track record coaching BAs and lifting team capability.
• Experience shaping solutions for new digital products and web/platform rebuilds.
• Expertise in elicitation, process mapping, solution shaping and traceability.
• Strong data and integration analysis with APIs and migrations.
• Outstanding senior stakeholder management at pace.
• Solid Agile, DevOps and SDLC experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex digital initiatives; set the approach.
• Co-ordinate and guide BAs to deliver high-quality discovery and requirements.
• Shape discovery approach and analysis planning for launches and rebuilds.
• Own end-to-end traceability from strategy to delivery.
• Guide integration, data mapping, APIs, and cutover requirements.
• Coach and mentor BAs and embed standards and gates.
• Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Engineering squads.
• Facilitate workshops to drive clarity and decisions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Manage dependencies and delivery risk across squads.
