Job summary

Thinkerbell in Sydney is seeking a Lead Design Tinker (Senior Designer) to steer design direction across a portfolio of clients. You’ll mentor junior designers, shape creative concepts, and collaborate with Thinkers and Tinkers to turn bold ideas into tangible campaigns.

You’ll lead design solutions, practice design leadership, and think like a client to ensure work is effective, on brief and on time. Full-time or flexible arrangements are welcomed.
