Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Lead/Principal Dentist for a corporate dental clinic in Ferntree Gully, VIC. The role offers a part-time schedule (2–3 days per week) with commission and strong networking opportunities within a skilled dental team.

Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration and demonstrate senior clinical proficiency alongside leadership and communication strengths to guide the team and ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration and Australian work rights.
• High clinical proficiency across general dentistry.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral disorders and diseases effectively.
• Provide consistent, exceptional patient service.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on optimal dental care and goals.
• Set patient care objectives and monitor progress.
