Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to bridge business and data teams during migration from Teradata and Siebel CRM to the modern AWS Data Platform. You will validate data, analyze source and target datasets, and support reconciliation across platforms.

The role requires strong SQL, experience with Teradata and Siebel data, and proven ability to manage stakeholders. The project emphasizes data quality, KPI validation, and UAT support within Australia.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Teradata datasets.
• Experience with Siebel CRM data.
• Experience of performing complex data analysis in AWS Data platform ecosystem.
• Strong experience in data migration and data reconciliation.
• Ability to engage and manage business stakeholders.

The Senior Data Analyst acts as a bridge between business and data teams, supporting validation and reconciliation of data during the migration from Teradata and Key business Applications such as Siebel CRM to the Modern AWS Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements
• Analyze source and target datasets for accuracy and completeness
• Perform data reconciliation between Teradata, Key business systems such as Siebel, and AWS Data platforms including Redshift Datawarehouse
• Identify and support resolution of data quality issues
• Validate business rules, KPIs, and metrics
• Support UAT and business sign-off
• Document data challenges, resolution and reconciliation outcomes
