Queensland X-Ray in Cairns leads the CT imaging service across multiple sites, delivering expert clinical care and coordinating a multidisciplinary team. You will train, supervise and develop practice standards for Cardiac CT, Interventional CT and General CT, while guiding modality operations and patient care with a focus on safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, education and continuous service improvement within a state-wide imaging group.

Qualifications

• Lead CT services with expert clinical practice across Cairns sites.
• Responsible for training and service development in Cardiac/Interventional/General CT.
• Provide high-level clinical advice and maintain protocol-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level imaging across modalities within a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee rostering and service delivery to meet practice requirements.
• Lead education, supervision and performance appraisal of staff.
