Wisr is a proudly Australian fintech seeking a senior analytics leader to head the analytics and AI capability within Credit Risk, Data & Analytics. You will oversee a team of analysts, own the analytics platform, and drive model deployment, governance and production readiness.

In this hands-on leadership role you will mentor staff, shape sprint priorities, and champion AI and automation across risk workflows while delivering data products for decision support.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL with end-to-end model lifecycle experience.
• Credit risk modelling in lending environments (decisioning, pricing or ECL).
• Hands-on delivery of AI/GenAI solutions into production processes.
• Proven leadership or mentoring of analytics/data science teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the analytics and modelling stack across Snowflake, Dataiku and Python.
• Lead adoption of AI/GenAI tooling across credit risk workflows.
• Oversee development, validation, deployment and monitoring of credit decisioning and ECL models.
• Drive agile delivery with Jira and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
