Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product management, governance, risk, controls and change leadership.
• Experience in Financial Markets or regulated environments is preferred; broad backgrounds with strong commercial acumen are welcome.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across diverse teams and balance growth with governance.
• Curiosity for emerging technology, automation and AI to improve governance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial governance and coordination of the Commodities Derivatives Release Train.
• Coordinate information from multiple products, squads and stakeholders to align priorities and risk.
• Identify gaps, manage dependencies and navigate complex approval pathways.
• Collaborate with technology to design governance improvements and AI-enabled workflows.
