Freewave Aged Care in southeast Sydney region seeks a highly experienced Lead Clinician to supervise a multi-disciplinary team delivering home and community aged care services. You will oversee clinical governance, drive quality, and ensure safe, person-centred care aligned with budgets and care plans.

The role requires 4+ years post-registration in aged care, strong leadership, and willingness to travel across SE Sydney, SW Sydney, Illawarra/Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands.

Formación

• Registered nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team across multiple regions.
• Oversee clinical governance, quality and compliance and report to the Board.
• Travel regularly between offices and client sites.
• Develop and implement care plans aligning with service model and budget.
• Provide education and support to team members.
• Lead weekly clinical care meetings and chair the Clinical Quality and Safety Committee.
• Analyse care data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure person-centred and safe delivery of clinical services.
• Maintain clinical documentation in line with policies.
