The roles require current AHPRA registration, strong clinical leadership, and expertise in Short Stay, Day Surgery, and PACU settings.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated strong clinical experience and leadership abilities.
• Advanced clinical skills in Short Stay, Day Surgery and/or PACU environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing care provided by registered and enrolled nurses and other caregivers.
• Provide clinical expertise and local leadership to maintain and improve standards of nursing care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety and quality care.
• Contribute to a positive culture focused on patient safety and excellence in care.
