Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Lead Client Architect to design end‑to‑end End User Productivity and Service Desk solutions, aligned to the Department’s architecture framework. You will translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs and act as the design authority for service changes and contract compliance.

You will collaborate with the CTO and Professional Services teams to align solutions with strategy, oversee due‑diligence, and ensure ongoing supportability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Lead Client Architect in EUPSD/Service Desk domains.
• Experience with multi‑vendor MSP environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architectural design for EUPSD services across lifecycle.
• Provide guidance aligned to Enterprise Architecture and roadmaps.
• Act as design authority for material service changes and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to design enterprise‑level solutions.
• Review design standards, quality controls, and test approaches.
