Job summary

IFYS seeks a skilled leader to take on the Team Leader - Assessment and Service Connect role, supporting a team of ASC workers and delivering high-quality services to children, young people, families, and communities across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.

Based in Maroochydore, this permanent full-time leadership role offers a salary of $115,300 per annum plus superannuation, travel allowance, and not-for-profit salary packaging options to increase take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Child Protection, Human Service, Social Work or similar.
• Experience leading a team and supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of child protection systems and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a therapeutic practice framework and culture.
• Lead and supervise the ASC Workers; support caseloads.
• Maintain caseloads and ensure reporting obligations are met.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and link families to services.
