You will partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, technology specialists, and vendors to identify opportunities, design future-state processes, and translate complex challenges into actionable requirements and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Senior or Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and manage complex business requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and traceability artefacts.
• Conduct impact assessments and support decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.
• Analyse current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Design future-state processes that improve governance, controls, efficiency, and user experience.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, work instructions, RACI models, and supporting documentation.
• Support sustainable process ownership and governance practices.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and decision forums to align stakeholders.
