Lead Business Analyst - Paying up to $185K+ Super - Hybrid Working - Sydney Based

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive and manage business analysis deliverables across critical initiatives. This role is accountable for ensuring BA best practices, maintaining a high standard of delivery quality, and uplifting capability across the BA function through leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the business analysis function across multiple projects, ensuring consistent delivery excellence.
  • Oversee requirements definition, process analysis, and solution alignment to business and customer needs.
  • Mentor, coach and uplift the capability of Business Analysts within the team.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to navigate complex, ambiguous, or fast-moving environments.
  • Ensure traceability, quality, and strategic alignment of all BA deliverables.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives within the insurance sector or closely related domains.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability with proven experience influencing at all levels.
  • Highly skilled in guiding teams through ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities.
  • Deep knowledge of the general insurance domain
