Job summary

Eptec seeks an experienced Blast & Paint Supervisor to lead our Henderson, WA team, delivering high-quality outcomes safely and on time for the ASC West Project. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding painters and blasters, coordinating tasks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have 2–3+ years of supervising blast and paint, strong leadership and communication skills, and technical know-how in surface prep, coating systems, and QA/QC. Australian citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience supervising blast & paint operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Technical expertise in surface prep and coating systems; QA/QC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a field-based team of painters/blasters.
• Drive a Zero Harm safety culture across all works.
• Oversee project delivery, planning, risk assessments and quality control.
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet compliance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• Champion continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
