Qualifications

• Expertise in Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience deploying LLM/GenAI/agentic systems into production.
• Strong architecture and system design capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead technically while staying hands-on.
• Comfort working with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems from 0 → production.
• Strong emphasis on testing, reliability and maintainable software.
• Curiosity, commercial thinking and willingness to challenge assumptions.
