Job summary

Mantel is seeking a Principal Analytics Engineer to shape Mantel’s data landscape and lead high‑impact analytics initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of technical excellence, commercial strategy and industry influence to drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients.

You will architect scalable data architectures, define DataOps standards, and lead strategic AI initiatives while guiding client engagements and pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting experience with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of modern data stack and AI-ready architectures
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake ecosystems
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
• Proven experience in large, complex engagements and RFP responses

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold analytics engineering standards and data architectures.
• Architect roadmaps for next‑gen AI capabilities and DataOps practices.
• Lead pre‑sales activities, RFQs, RFPs, and client demonstrations.
• Manage project scoping, estimation, pricing, and resourcing to ensure profitable delivery.
• Mentor teams and drive cross‑capability collaboration across Mantel.
