Healthcarelink Support is recruiting an experienced RN for Anaesthetics/PACU on a full-time basis in Western Australia. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safety for patients and staff.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of RN experience in Anaesthetics/PACU, be registered with AHPRA, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to support patient care journeys across orthopaedics,

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration
• 2 years' RN experience in Anaesthetics/PACU
• Experience in Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Urology, OR ENT surgery
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journey
• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; ENs and AINs to deliver patient care
• Lead quality improvement and safety projects to deliver outcomes
• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice
