Qualifications

• Registered nurses with AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged or community care preferred.
• Able to demonstrate contemporary aged care nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
• Provide clinical services with sharp assessment skills and leadership.
• Get to know each resident and be a fundamental part of their life.
• Ensure care meets residents’ individual goals and preferences.
• Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and families to advocate quality of life.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
• Lead the team with holistic, evidence-based decision making.
